Graham Evans, Managing Partner
Admitted as a lawyer with practicing rights up to the High Court of Australia, Graham is an Accredited Specialist in Employment & Industrial Law endorsed by the Law Society of NSW (one of less than 40 in NSW) as well as being endorsed by the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) and specialising in workplace mediation.
Decades of experience and skills has given Graham Evans a highly desirable ability to know what Australian employers need when seeking assistance with employee issues in their workplace. This experience includes his time with the Australian Federation of Employers and Industry (AFEI) where he headed up their legal practice and with the Industrial Relations Unit of Local Government NSW.
Graham’s experience at the highest levels of human resources is recognised by his long standing Fellow status with the Australian Human Resources Institute and over the years he has contributed to AHRI as a State Councillor as well as an active writer and presenter.
Graham also has extensive experience and skill in training and learning, including as an adjunct lecturer in workplace relations at Macquarie University where he continues providing guest lectures on contemporary workplace relations issues.
